Last Day of Classes at 91ÊÓƵ³ÉÈËÍøÕ¾ to be Thursday, June 5

The weather in Iowa can be unpredictable, and this winter was no different as snow and cold led to several late starts, early dismissals or school cancellations at 91ÊÓƵ³ÉÈËÍøÕ¾.

Because of that, and in order to meet the state’s legal requirements for the amount of instruction time, we must add a little extra time to the school year. Wednesday, June 4 will now be a regular full-day of classes and the last day of school will be Thursday, June 5.

Classes will dismiss early that day at the following times:

• APA/STEP/STRIDE/FOCUS/JFTA: 10:45 AM
• Elementary: 11:35 AM
• High School: 12:15 PM
• Middle School: 12:25 PM
• Ruby Van Meter: 12:45 PM

NOTE: There are no classes at Central Academy/Central Campus; their last day is June 4.

The last day of Preschool will be on Wednesday, June 4 rather than Tuesday, June 3.

This winter 91ÊÓƵ³ÉÈËÍøÕ¾ had five two-hour delays, one two-hour early dismissal, and two full day cancellations.
